can i fly helicopters in the government after flying helicopters in the army?

if i were to fly helicopters for the army, could i transition after serving my time for the army? one more question, can you transition from army helicopters to navy or marine helicopters? like if i flew a blackhawk for the army, could i switch to seahawks in the navy?
